Problem with Withdrawing Skins
If you don’t receive a trade offer after clicking the “Claim” button, try updating your Steam trade link. Enter the new link in your CYBERSHOKE profile, then log in to our site again via Steam and try withdrawing the skin once more.
If the bot sent a trade offer but it wasn’t accepted on Steam for any reason, the skin’s status will reset and become available for withdrawal again within 60 minutes.
