Promo Code Errors Explained

Here are the most common errors you may encounter when using a promo code — and what they mean.

You’ve already used this promo code — or another similar one. For example: If you’ve activated a promo code that gave you +3 days of PREMIUM, you cannot use another code of the same type. The same rule applies to 1-day LITE promo codes — they can only be used once per account.

Promo codes are out. This means the promo code was part of a limited-time or limited-quantity offer (e.g. 100 uses) — and all available activations have already been used.

The promo code does not exist. Our system doesn’t recognize this promo code. Please check for: Typos, Extra spaces, Incorrect symbols or characters. If you’re sure the promo code is valid but still doesn’t work, feel free to contact our support team.
