Withdrawal of Skins – Common Messages and What They Mean

“There may be issues with Steam or the bot, please try again later”.
We’re currently performing technical maintenance. Please try withdrawing your skin later — it usually becomes available again within 48 hours.

"Error verifying the trade link. Our bot will not be able to send you items. Check if offline trades are enabled on your account".
This error typically occurs if your trade link is incorrect or if your Steam account has trading restrictions. Make sure your trade link is valid and that your account allows trades.

“You need to open your inventory in the Steam profile settings first.”
If your inventory is set to private, our bot can’t send you a trade offer. Please set your inventory to public in your Steam profile settings and try again.

Skin Status: 'Processing'.
This means the system is preparing your trade offer — selecting the item and sending it to you. The estimated wait time is around 5 minutes, but it can vary depending on bot and Steam server load. If the offer isn’t accepted or gets declined, the status will reset automatically within a few hours. This process is fully automated and cannot be done manually.
