Block Appeals

If you believe you were unfairly banned or muted, you may file an appeal. Please follow the rules and guidelines below:

1. The maximum time to appeal a ban related to cheating or use of prohibited software is 7 days after receiving the ban. If you are banned for refusing a cheat check, you have a maximum of 4 hours to submit an appeal.
2. All decisions regarding appeals are final and not subject to further discussion or review.

How to Appeal a Mute or Ban

1. Join our official Discord server: discord.gg/T5upB87FNR
2. Go to the #support channel, click the button with the name of the category that matches your situation.
3. Depending on the selected category, the required information fields will change.
