To report a player suspected of using cheats or other violations of the rules, you will need to write the command !ticket in the chat on the server. When a violation is confirmed, a notification about the issued blocking appears in the chat, indicating the reason and term. A complaint sent to the server is sent to the developers to check the reported issue.
We process a lot of tickets every day and, unfortunately, when reviewing a complaint, we cannot give each sender a specific reason for rejecting a ticket. Some of the things we look at when reviewing a complaint: The review process is a separate manual process that is performed by our team one at a time. There are many things that are taken into account in the ticket validation process. For example, whether the player is currently committing a violation, or whether he has left the server. In most cases, the violation occurs once, and when the moderator enters the server, the conflict situation does not repeat.
Depending on the type of complaint, the moderators monitor the game or communication of the potential offender. At the time of submitting the ticket, describe the situations in one sentence. Please do not send multiple requests in a short period of time and avoid terms that contain insults and do not have a description, such as 'ruin' or simply 'suspicious'. - In the #support channel, select the desired category by clicking on the button with its name.
- Depending on the selected category, the list of required information changes. Separate categories have been created to support HNS, Zombie Escape, JAIL and Among Us modes.
How to send a complaint to a bug server if '!ticket' does not work?
- You will need to go to the Discord CYBERSHOKE server:

- In the #support channel, select the category Acceptance of bugs by clicking on the button with its name.
- You will need to provide information about the server: mode, number, location. Submit the IP of the server, record the bug on video and explain the situation in which the problem was noticed.
