Call for check
While playing on a server, a player may be called in for a check if they are suspected of using prohibited software. When called, the player will see a sign with instructions on the screen, and he will automatically move to the observers. According to the instructions, the player is directed to the official support server, where the verification is carried out.
What to do if I received a ban by ignoring the invitation:
If the player left the server during an invitation for review, a 180-day ban is added to their profile, which can be appealed within 4 hours after being verified on the official support server.
How to file an appeal on the CYBERSHOKE support server:
- You will need to go to the CYBERSHOKE Discord server:
discord.gg/cybershoke - In the #support channel, select the unban category by clicking on the button with its name.
- In the chat that opens, you will need to explain the situation in which the ban was issued, send a link to your Steam profile and a screenshot of the ban sign (shown when entering the server).
