Privilege and regular payments
A PREMIUM privilege is available on CYBERSHOKE, unlocking the project's full functionality. It is worth noting that the basic functions of the project remain free! Subscription is available on a special page. After activating the privilege, you must re-login to the server if you were on it before the transaction.
PREMIUM types and formats
- LITE - Quick access to servers. The game is ad-free. Available as a one-time purchase and subscription with auto-renewal, including bonuses.
- PREMIUM - Withdraw rewards directly in Steam, practice with PRO players and streamers. Available as a one-time purchase and subscription with auto-renewal, including bonuses.
Subscription Bonuses
A user who maintains a subscription receives an additional day of privilege each month. The maximum bonus period is 3 days (3 months of continuous subscription). If one month is missed, bonuses are reset.
Terms and cancellation of subscription
If you have a paid subscription, your CYBERSHOKE payment will be automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period if you do not cancel a paid subscription before the end of the current subscription period. The date of the next auto-renewal is shown in the profile settings.
To disable the automatic renewal of a subscription from a linked card, you need to log in to your personal account and go to the 'Settings' and 'Privilege' sections. The page will contain text that informs about active or disabled auto-renewal. Click Cancel and then Confirm. This way, you will disable regular charges.
If you have paid for a month of subscription, you will be able to enjoy the benefits of PREMIUM during the paid period, even if the subscription has been canceled. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and you will be downgraded to the free plan. However, if you cancel the payment and/or terminate the terms after the cooldown period (if applicable) and/or before the end of the subscription period, we will not refund the subscription fees already paid to us.

More Information
You have the right to change your mind and receive a full refund after funds are due, within fourteen (14) days of purchase (the 'Waiting Period'), but only if you were not logged in and didn't use the service.
CYBERSHOKE may change the price of paid subscriptions from time to time and notify you of any price changes. Price changes to paid subscriptions will take effect at the beginning of the next subscription period following the price change date. You accept the new price by continuing to use the CYBERSHOKE service after the price change has taken effect.
