PREMIUM Access on CYBERSHOKE - Unlock the full experience of CYBERSHOKE with a PREMIUM subscription. While core features remain free, PREMIUM gives you access to exclusive perks and bonuses. You can subscribe on a dedicated page.⚠️After activating PREMIUM, please rejoin the server if you were already connected during the purchase.
Types of PREMIUM
- LITE – Fast server access, ad-free experience. Available as a one-time purchase or a recurring subscription with bonuses.
- PREMIUM – Withdraw rewards to Steam, practice with PRO players and streamers. Available as a one-time purchase or recurring subscription with additional bonuses.
Subscription Terms and Cancellation
If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the current period ends. The next renewal date can be found in your Profile > Settings.
To cancel auto-renewal: 1. Log in to your account. 2. Go to Settings > Privilege. 3. If auto-renewal is active, click Cancel, then confirm your choice.
You will continue to enjoy all PREMIUM benefits until the end of your paid period. After that, your account will revert to the free plan.Please note: if you cancel after the billing date or during a cooldown period (if applicable), we cannot refund any payments already made.

Refund Policy
You have the right to request a full refund within 14 days of purchase (the "cooling-off period") — but only if you haven’t logged in or used the service during that time.
CYBERSHOKE may update subscription prices from time to time. If this happens, you’ll be notified of any price changes. New prices will apply from the next billing cycle.By continuing to use the service after the changes take effect, you agree to the updated pricing.
