• How will I get my PC if I win?

  In case you win a physical prize (gaming PC, mousepad, jersey or labubu) you will be contacted for delivery details. We will pay for the delivery to your address in full. If you are asked for prepayment - these are scammers, do not agree and do not send money!

• Can I choose my jersey size if I win?

  Yes, if you win, we will contact you and specify the desired size and delivery address. If the size does not fit, we will not be able to provide a refund

• How do I get skins if I win?

  If you win a skin or free bet, it will appear in your CYBERSHOKE inventory. From there, you can withdraw the skin directly to your Steam inventory or sell it for the site's currency

• How do I activate my free bet if I win?
