  • How to participate in the giveaway?

    To participate in the giveaway, first complete the tasks — you’ll earn tickets for doing them. These tickets can be used to enter giveaways. You choose how many tickets to spend on each giveaway: the more tickets you put in, the higher your chances of winning.

  • How do I know if I won a skin?

    If you become a winner in the giveaway, a notification will appear on the website, and the skin will automatically be added to your CYBERSHOKE inventory. From there, you can withdraw the skin directly to your Steam inventory or sell it for site currency.

  • New Year Giveaway Rules

    Received tickets for completing tasks do not expire over time, but they lose their value after all giveaways have ended. A user may be banned if it is discovered that they used multiple accounts to participate in the New Year giveaway. Transferring an account to another user to complete tasks is prohibited. A user may also be banned for attempting to deceive the project administration. Participation in the skin giveaway is not related to making any payments.

  • I completed all the tasks — how can I get more tickets?

    Complete the daily mission to earn more tickets. You can save your tickets and use them on a single giveaway or distribute them evenly across all giveaways.

  • I no longer want to participate in the giveaway

    If you changed your mind about participating in the giveaway, you can no longer get your spent tickets back.
