• Giveaway Terms and Conditions

  Tickets earned for completing tasks do not expire over time, but they lose their value once the current tournament ends. A user may be banned if it is discovered that they used multiple accounts to participate in the giveaway or prediction league. A user may also be banned for attempting to deceive the project administration. Participation in skin giveaways is not tied to any payment.

• How can I participate in a giveaway?

  To participate in a giveaway, first place a prediction on any match — you receive 1 ticket for any prediction regardless of the match outcome, plus an additional 2 tickets if your prediction is correct. These tickets can be used to enter giveaways. You decide how many tickets to spend on each giveaway: the more tickets you use, the higher your chances of winning.

• How do I know if I’ve won a skin?

  If you become a winner in a giveaway, a notification will appear on the website, and the skin will automatically be added to your CYBERSHOKE inventory. From there, you can transfer the skin directly to your Steam inventory or sell it for site currency.

• I changed my mind about participating in the giveaway

  If you decide not to participate in an ongoing giveaway, the tickets you have spent cannot be refunded. You can only wait for the results — and maybe your tickets will turn out to be the winning ones.
